The building is conveniently placed just opposite the train station. And so was so easy to find. The Building Manager was also very helpful , reaching out to me the day before my arrival and gave me very easy-to-understand and helpful instructions on how to get in. She was there the whole day too to ensure anything we needed was available. The building, office space was very clean and secure with fast internet connection. We have had the pleasure of working with Independent House on numerous projects over the years, and we genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the whole experience has always been exceptional.

Really lovely building with a warm and welcoming feel. Nicola was really friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were immaculate. I loved the little touches throughout celebrating Independent House, and the decor is beautifully done. A fantastic location too, right opposite Norwich train station. I recently went to Independent House for a viewing to consider it as a venue for an upcoming conference and workshop.
The location is perfect—directly opposite the train station with a bus stop right outside, making it super easy to get to.
For drivers, you have the Riverside complex opposite for free short-stay options, or the multi-storey car park for full-day parking.
The venue itself offers so much choice, featuring everything from a professional boardroom, conference room and hot-desking business hubs to relaxed social areas for breaks. As a massive bonus, the top floor overlooks Norwich Castle, the Cathedral, and the train station forecourt on the other side.

Highly recommend working at Independent House. Work spaces are a great size, Wi-Fi is fab, as are building facilities etc. The Reception area is very welcoming with comfy chairs and the (recently upgraded) kitchen is a favourite spot for me (with amazing view).
